Member companies have received a 24% average refund on Labor and Industries (L&I) workers’ compensation premiums.

ROII Select Program:

In addition to the standard R.O.I.I. Program, BIAW offers an incentive-based R.O.I.I. Program called R.O.I.I. Select that could potentially yield returns of 35-60% or more. The average refund for Select program participants is 55%! This program is designed specifically to serve larger companies with a minimum annual premium base of $40,000 and above, and who meet certain criteria.
